About Peony and Twig

Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, with ten years experience in floral design I was inspired to create Peony and Twig. I'm a mother, wife, dog mom, and I love supporting other women owned businesses. Over the past number of years I have had the honor of designing floral table-scapes for the Suquamish foundation and I have worked for top local florists. I have decorated for large events, weddings, and some of the smallest sweet intimate displays of love. I also have had the joy of running large fundraising events for eight years at my children’s community school program. Fundraising taught me how to think outside of the box, to be imaginative, and to

be creative within a budget. 

   I have a background in art and handcrafts and love creating in new and innovative ways. I take extra pride in listening to clients’ wishes and then turning them into reality. I am inspired by the classic beauty of peonies and hydrangeas, and also enjoy doing weird and crazy things with unusual florals. I work hard to obtain the freshest and most beautiful flowers with the local growers and love incorporating seasonal flowers in my displays.
